Channeling the chilling classic, The Exorcist on Broadway was a play that had plans to possess the bright lights of New York theatre district.
What did I do?
During my time at Situation Interactive, I led a team of four interns and oversaw the creation and organization of a three-month digital and interactive marketing strategy for The Exorcist on Broadway. Our primary objectives were to figure out how to appeal to Broadway play-goers and how to differentiate the minimalistic Broadway play from the gory cult phenomenon film and still appeal to existing Exorcist fans. My role involved setting objectives, managing timelines, and channeling multiple teams’ points of views while working with the creative team to develop Facebook apps, interactive banners and website design concepts. Furthermore, I conducted extensive market research that allowed us to create a tailored creative campaign with quantitative metrics. As a result, our proposal was done early and so well received that we received a personal letter of praise from the client’s CEO.
