As a product manager, I owned the development of our fourth product offering, a "Trending Products" Email Module and our Internal Analytics Dashboard. Working with a team of offshore engineers from China and Pakistan, I developed mockups, wrote product specs, oversaw Q&A and outlined the MVP features for both products.
Furthermore, I was responsible for analyzing product KPIs for client reporting and provided suggestions on how to improve performance.
